Timothy Geddes

PRESIDENT/CEO

Tim Geddes began his career in 1991 as a manager trainee with Ringhaver Equipment Company. Tim rose through the management ranks to become the Chief Operating Officer of the newly merged dealerships of Ringhaver Equipment Company and Ringpower Corporation. After leaving Ringpower, Tim opened Indigo South Capital, his single family office, to manage and invest his family assets in Jacksonville, Florida. He has served on multiple non-profit boards such as The Tampa Museum of Arts, Ronald McDonald House of Jacksonville, and The Bolles School. Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Citadel, where he was a member of the varsity men’s tennis team and served as Captain his senior year. He is a member of the Timuquana Country Club, Florida Yacht Club, Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, and the I’ON Tennis club of Charleston. Tim enjoys spending time travelling with Sherri, his wife of 33 years, they share 3 kids together; Hunter, Kylie, and Brooke.

Steven T. Jenkins

CEO/GEDDES ENTERPRISES 7 SUBSIDIARiES

Steve joined Indigo South Capital (ISC) in 2019 to lead our specialty construction and niche manufacturing investments. He has over 25 years of experience executing strategic business plans for middle market companies which included over 15 years as a founder, Owner and CEO of Moran Environmental and Water Recovery, LLC. Steve earned a B.A. in Business Finance from Mercer University and has been active in the local community through board appointments with the City of Jacksonville, City of Atlantic Beach and First Coast Manufacturers Association. Under Steve’s leadership, ISC’s portfolio in these markets has grown to include 6 legacy brands, just under 300 employees, and over $70 million in sales.

Hunter Geddes

VICE PRESIDENT

Hunter is a 2017 graduate of the College of Charleston with a B.S. in International Business Management and a member of the men’s varsity tennis team. Hunter has been working at Indigo South Capital for 7 years. He is our licensed Real Estate Broker for ISC Realty & Development.

Kylie Geddes

Vice PRESIDENT/CONTROLLER

Kylie has a B.S. in International Business with a minor in Business Language in Spanish from the College of Charleston and a M.S. in Business Analytics with a concentration in Finance from American University. Before joining Indigo South Capital, Kylie was a junior analyst with Heritage Capital Group, a middle-market investment banking firm within its business valuation services. Most recently, Kylie served as an analyst with Matheson Financial Advisors, a corporate finance advisory firm providing business valuations, ownership transition planning, mergers and acquisitions consulting, and other financial advisory services for architecture, engineering, environmental and construction firms.

Lang Tarrant

REAL ESTATE PARTNER

 

Lang started Tarrant Commercial in 2009 and is responsible for the development, management and operations of the company and its affiliated partnerships. 

Lang began his career with CB Richard Ellis in 1998. He was selected from a top tier group to join a CBRE sponsored national training program entitled The Wheel Program. He worked with some of the top brokerage teams in the country developing a strong foundation covering a diverse product type including office, industrial, retail, multi-family and investment properties. Throughout Lang’s tenure with CBRE, he specialized in office properties and was an investment team member. 

After leaving CB Richard Ellis in 2002, Lang joined Steinmann & Company as Vice President, responsible for the sales, leasing, and assisting in the development for all new projects. After leaving Steinmann in 2007, Lang joined The Daniel Corporation (Florida Division), as Vice President and Market Officer responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing new development opportunities throughout Northeast Florida. He also assisted in the management of existing commercial, residential and multi-family developments.
