Investment Critera

ISC seeks and participates in growth equity investments, recapitalizations, management led buyouts and outright purchases. We prefer majority, controlling interests, but also will partner with an executive or other sponsor in a minority position. Real estate opportunities would consist of land purchases and development in the multi family, retail-multi tenant, industrial and office space.
