Timothy J. Geddes
Founder
Prior to founding Indigo South Capital, Tim was the COO of RingPower Corporation, a privately held Caterpillar dealership for the central and north region Florida with over $1B in annual revenue and 1900 employees.
Tim is currently a member of the board of trustees for The Bolles School and formerly a board member of the Tampa Bay Museum of Art and Ronald McDonald House of Jacksonville.
He has a B.A. from The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina, where he played on and captained the varsity tennis team. Tim is married to Sherri Geddes and has a son and two daughters.

Steven T. Jenkins
Chief Executive Officer, Geddes Enterprises & Subsidiaries
Steve joined Indigo South Capital (ISC) in 2019 to lead our specialty construction and niche manufacturing investments. He has over 25 years of experience executing strategic business plans for middle market companies which included over 15 years as a founder, Owner and CEO of Moran Environmental and Water Recovery, LLC. Steve earned a B.A. in Business Finance from Mercer University and has been active in the local community through board appointments with the City of Jacksonville, City of Atlantic Beach and First Coast Manufacturers Association. Under Steve’s leadership, ISC’s portfolio in these markets has grown to include 6 legacy brands, just under 300 employees, and over $70 million in sales.

Patrick (Hunter) Geddes
Vice President
Hunter is a 2017 graduate of the College of Charleston with a B.S. in International Business Management and a member of the men’s varsity tennis team. Hunter served a marketing internship with Obviouslee Marketing of Charleston, South Carolina and as an independent marketing assistant for Tennis Channel. He is a member of the Northeast Florida chapter of NAIOP, board member of the River City United Foundation and a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent.

Kylie Geddes
Vice President/Controller
Kylie has a B.S. in International Business with a minor in Business Language in Spanish from the College of Charleston and a M.S. in Business Analytics with a concentration in Finance from American University. Before joining Indigo South Capital, Kylie was a junior analyst with Heritage Capital Group, a middle-market investment banking firm within its business valuation services. Most recently, Kylie served as an analyst with Matheson Financial Advisors, a corporate finance advisory firm providing business valuations, ownership transition planning, mergers and acquisitions consulting, and other financial advisory services for architecture, engineering, environmental and construction firms.

Lang Tarrant
Partner/Real Estate Development
Lang began his career with CB Richard Ellis in 1998. He worked with some of the top brokerage teams in the country developing a strong foundation covering a diverse product type including office, industrial, retail, multi-family and investment properties and earned a top tier CBRE sponsored national training entitled The Wheel Program. Lang served as Vice President for nationally known firms such as The Daniel Corporation( Florida Division) and Steinmann & Company with responsibilities ranging sales, leasing and development across all commercial product types.
Lang has a B.S. from The College of Charleston and a MBA from Jacksonville University. Lang has served as Chairman of The World Commerce Community Development District, Ambassador of Dreams Come True and is member of The Hibernian Society.
